The displaced fluid is equal to volume of object<br />
Displacement, in Newtonian mechanics, specifies the position of a point or a particle in reference to an origin or to a previous position.  Each graduate contains 50.0mL of water. The volume rises to 58.5mL as the nugget displaces 8.5 ml of water.
