EQUILIBRIUM RESTORED BY USE OF SIPHON
2 beakers of equal amounts of fluid are measured
When liquid is added to one beaker, the additional liquid is siphoned through the tube and the levels are restored. The flow is determined by the difference in hydrostatic pressure. Liquid rises over the crest of the siphon due to gravitational pull.
