ZINC IN SULFURIC ACID IN A CLOSED SYSTEM (4 of 6)<br />
Yields Zinc Sulfate (aq)  & Hydrogen Gas<br />
As the reaction between zinc and sulfuric acid continues, hydrogen gas continues to inflate the sidearm balloon. The temperature, 26.8C, due to the heat of reaction, is shown on the thermometer.
