LIMESTONE REACTS TO HCL
Calcite in Limestone Reacts With HCl
Limestone rock is placed in beaker of HCl acid using pair of forceps. Calcite within the limestone reacts with the acid, forming calcium chloride and carbon dioxide, which appears in the solution as bubbles.
