CONDUCTIVITY TEST - Acetic Acid
(2 of 3)
Electrolytes, compounds in solution, are ionized by an electrical current. The ions then move towards the oppositely charged electrode giving up their charge. 9cc of 5% acetic acid added to water is a relatively weak electrolyte. The filament glows dimly.
