COMPARISON CONCENTRATED AND SATURATED NaCl
Two beakers of NaCl at different saturations
Concentrated NaCl (aq) is less saturated compared to solution in equilibrium with solid NaCl at 20°C. Solid crystals are constantly dissolving, while ions in the solution are constantly precipitating. The concentration remains constant.
