Bromine Aqueous and Iron Sulfate yields Iron Ions
Bromine Aqueous (left) added to a solution of Iron Sulfate (center). The solution on the right shows that the Bromine is reduced to Bromide ions and the Iron (II) ions are oxidized to Iron (III) ions.
