FATS: CORN OIL & HYDROGENATED CORN OIL MARGARINE
Unsaturated fatty acid components may be removed by hydrogenation from low melting liquid corn oil to obtain higher melting fats which, when mixed with skim milk, fortified with Vitamin A & colored, are known as margarine.
