LE CHATELIER'S PRINCIPLE: NO2 & N2O4 - TEMPERATURE (1 of 2)<br />
Yellow at Room Temperature<br />
The equilibrium of Dinitrogen Tetroxide & Nitrogen Dioxide gas, N2O4(g)=2NO2(g),  lies to the left at room temperature.  The concentration of red-brown Nitrogen dioxide gas (NO2) is low.
