ENDOTHERMIC REACTION - INSTANT COLD PACK<br />
Water Reacts With Ammonium-Nitrate<br />
A tube of ammonium-nitrate breaks in the bag of water, the mixture creates an endothermic reaction.  Heat is absorbed and the mixture drops in temperature to about 35 F for 10 to 15 minutes.
